Liberty Tools - Liberty, Maine
Sap buckets hanging from a maple on the way to Liberty. The weather is staying true to its Maine nature. If you don’t like it – wait a minute. Yesterday felt like winter and today feels like spring. What a beautiful day to take a drive in the Maine countryside.
A historical home in the quaint little village of Liberty. We parked our car across the street from it to walk up to Liberty Tool Company.
A plethora of antiques are available in this small town.
Probably the antiques outnumber the population of Liberty.

Our reason for driving to Liberty today was to see one of Maine’s best kept secrets on their reopening day. Liberty Tool Company is a treasure chest for the the history buff, the collector and the artist who likes to create from cool old stuff. Here are a few pictures from inside. But don’t take our word for it. Go there yourself.

If you’re looking for old tools, you must be able to find them here. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you certainly can find something you weren’t looking for.
I’m not even sure this place is a secret. It was packed – not just with tools, with people!
